Key Roles &
Responsibilities:

• Manage the activities of the Project Development which includes

concepts development, design, planning, project management and

execution

• Responsible for the customization of existing designs

• Development of product catalogues and product manuals

• Understanding the projects’ criteria and create concepts of poles,

street furniture and add on brackets

• Conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them

objectively from a market and financial standpoint

• Provide technical support to Production department and Project

management department.

• Provide support to the Commercial manager on the Sales, Business

Development and Marketing activities

• Organise Product development Committee meetings with the

management team

• Research solutions looking at existing product portfolio and products

pertaining to related diversification like decorative poles & GRP poles

• Interfaces with the Add-on vendors and system integrators for

products like Banners, CCTV, Wi fi, Traffic Lights, Canopies, Speed

cameras.

• Play a key role in all the architects seminars & enhance relationship

with them.
