Core Objectives (job description) :
1. Financial perspective
• Deliver at least $10k gross profit per month.
• Provide for profit growth and fast capital turnovers by the product lines.
o KPI: GP ROCA = GM% * 365 /( inventory days + Receivable days) >=75%
• Prevent the goods aged stock; avoid the losses which might happen due to the goods value reduction, by selling all the goods in line with targeted stock days.
2. Customer perspective
• Identify and update the lists of targeted resellers/retailers/end customers. Agree the priority list of the targets with functional manager.
• Manage current accounts and enlarge customers list consistently.
• Local market analysis and product line management locally. Cooperation with suppliers (direct contract and sub-distribution) with utmost profitable conditions for ASBIS.
• Control of pricing and stocks.
• Purchase and sales planning, control of implementation.
• Promote the software products and services of ASBIS to the resellers channel using all market communication and PR tools available from ASBIS.
• Select, offer, start up and support the sales and profit growth to the sales channels.
• Focus on consistent price policy in order to provide for value to all stock holders and to keep up their interest to grow business.
• Offer and sell to the retail partners the complimentary products available from ASBIS group (mainly Canyon and Prestigio goods).
3. Internal processes
• Provide consistency in price policy and incentive discounts to the different channels’ customers according to the regulations of ASBIS in order to maximize interest.
• Manage the sales prices and discounts on IT4rpfit.com for ASBIS ME.
• Constantly undertake analysis of sales dynamics by each reseller and manage the sales and profit growth on win-win basis.
• Work close with operational teams of ASBIS ME and SW PLM to provide timely deliveries of the goods to the customers.
• Plan targeted sales and profits by product groups in line with requirements of ASBIS group: monthly targets for next calendar year and quarterly adjustments.
4. Learning and development
• Persistent update of knowledge, using on daily basis in daily practice the sales, marketing, balanced score cards functionality on IT4profit – the ERP system of ASBIS group.
• Be up to date and fully aware of the trends in the product segment and realize the best profit opportunities to ASBIS group in close cooperation with SW PLM.
• Provide trainings to the resellers’ teams.
