Responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Manager
Conduct, execute and coordinate all the training programs.
Supervise training processes according to the policy of the institution.
Coordinate all the training courses, register the trainees, prepare the opening and the closing of the courses as per the institution policy, and facilitate the needs of the trainees
Coordinate with third parties to provide training programs services
Coordinate with external training companies and build up solid professional relationships
Prepare and manage the quotations related to the training programs, analyzing and selecting the best choice.
Coordinate with the trainers for the training materials and audit and distribute them as per the standards of the institution
Communicate with the trainers and provide consultancy and support when needed
Ensure that the quality of the training programs complies with the standards
Analyze and collect data and provide monthly and yearly reports as per the requirements
Coordinate with other staff to provide support in executing the tasks
Write the program planning and implement it
