Jobs in UAE – · Act as liaison between partners, associates, subcontractors and construction sites to make sure that their own schedules are coherent with the general schedule.
· Review contract/tendering documentation, to ensure a thorough understanding of the contract requirements.
· Establish along with relevant Managers, the required resources for relevant parts of the project, including staffing, plant etc to ensure that these are accurate and realistic and that any necessary steps needed to supply resource have been arranged with reference to the critical path.
· Assess and influence content of client / partner construction drawings and procedures, prior to issue, in order that construction execution is optimized in the most cost effective &timely manner.
· Establish effective monitoring and reporting systems to ensure that company’s Policy and Procedures I.e. ISO 9000, local labor law and Safety procedures are consistently implemented.
· Review and assess the integrity, frequency & value of all reporting in respective area, establishing revised systems where necessary to ensure that Project management have the necessary up to date information.
. Monitor equipment, materials, buildings & other assets during demobilization. Ensuring that all punch-list items are resolved, client hand over is satisfactorily concluded.
· Provide a liaising/co-ordination role between site based management, Head Office and partners, providing guidance, advice and resources to facilitate the achievement of the contract and the fulfillment of Site management’s key accountabilities.
· Represent the company’s interests with suppliers, Partner’s and third party contractors, etc.,
· Monitor performance of suppliers and sub-contractors to determine compliance with contractual obligations.
· Establish and maintain good relations with clients, partners and local authorities aimed at safeguarding and promoting the company’s interests.
