Job Responsibilities
Manage project logistics focusing on strategic issues, while managing day–to–day operations, which may span multiple sites and teams.
Liaise and maintain good working relations with the Project Team, Freight Forwarding, Heavy Lift Contractors / local Authorities etc. to ensure planned and timely delivery of materials to the Project Site.
Accountable for achieving financial and quality based targets.
Identify ways of enhancing operational efficiency by working with Agility network and vendors to ensure project requirements, timelines and milestones are adhered to.
Conducts periodic meetings to address project and staff performance to ensure targets are achieved; periodic reporting on performance to the management.

Reporting to the CEO for Dubai this role will be responsible for the overall growth & operational performance of projects for the Dubai portfolio ensuring operational excellence whilst leading and supporting your team.
Skills:
Essentials Skills
Project Freight & Logistics experience working predominately on Oil & Gas projects i.e. special heavy lifts / out of gauge cargo / off shore oil rig movements etc.
Previous experience managing large / multicultural teams. i.e. 10 + staff
Solutions Design – Logistics / Complex Movements
International Freight Forwarding Air, Sea & Charters (thorough knowledge)
Hazardous Materials Handling (knowledge)
