We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Dubai team on a 12 month contract. Working in the Automotive Programme Management Office the main purpose of the role will be torepresent AF Motors business interests through planning, management, and coordination of activities for pipeline and approved projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe, with appropriate resources and funding parameters. The responsibilities of this ole will include:
Providing business project management services to the Automotive Division to support projects through scoping, pre-approval and implementation including planning, resource management and budget requirements and approval Guiding and assisting the business to prepare business needs analysis, return on investments and Approval for Expenditure documentation (in conjunction with STS and Automotive Finance) to support requests for IT changes and new solutions Supporting the Automotive Change Control process for existing IT systems Facilitating process mapping and root cause analysis workshops Attending project meetings, representing the business including Steering Committee and weekly project meetings providing reports and presentations as required Preparig Change Management plans including Communication plans, Training plans and Stakeholder Analysis Facilitating workshops and meetings with management, end-users and Super users in the business to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and inform and educate them in the new processes contained within the new model
