In this role you will have the following responsibilities :
Develop and implement a project management structure for undertaking large multiple project contracts to approved project parameters. Project Planning:
Identify user needs in project designs and involve users fully during all stages of implementation.Develop the initial scope of projects, design, budgets and plan for the timely completion of the project within budgeted costs and to meet committed user requirements. Develop and implement systems, processes and contract templates for the effective management and control of each project. Project Related Approvals :
Verify and recommend for GM’s approval payments to Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, Consultants, etc at various stages of the project. Ensure completion of project milestones by confirmation to all parties concerned. Management:
Ensure the smooth implementation of all stages of the Project. Install a team structure to ensure that all aspects of design and delivery are appropriately considered during implementation. Monitoring :
Propose and monitor budgets to achieve value for money on all aspects of design and delivery. Track and ensure that all projects are managed and executed to meet all project parameters like cost budgets, delivery targets and quality standards. Project Documentation:
Ensure that all project approvals, processes and progress is documented comprehensively and kept updated for monitoring and current and future reference. Testing and Commissioning:
Ensure successful Testing, Commissioning and sign-off from the client, upon completion of all project activities. Ensure that the client staff are trained to operate and maintain the installed systems.
