Jobs in UAE: Plan, coordinate and manage all Integrated Management System internal audit activities (annual audit plan, audit schedule, conduct audits, audit reports, follow up on NCR/s)
•Coach & train Managers / Superintendents / Dept. Heads on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards as well as other quality tools. Train internal auditors. Conduct customized trainings (on ISO / OHSAS standards) based on requirements of departments.
•Prepare monthly and yearly reports on non conformances (product & process), corrective actions and problems identified. Conduct statistical analysis of data.
•Assist in deploying Integrated Management System Company wide. Assist in external surveillance audits and future certifications against other quality / industry standards, as need be.
•Investigate customer complaints and provide timely response to customers in accordance with laid down guidelines.
•Write relevant departmental procedures and policies for effective implementation of quality culture in the organization.

Skills
Thorough knowledge of ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and Quality Tools.
Leadership skills and good communicator. Good written and spoken English. Excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills. Good time management and priority setting skills.
