Purpose and Objective:
Receives callers at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs caller to destination.
Key
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and provide information/assistance to callers.
• Route callers to appropriate staff member.
• Take phone or visitor messages and deliver to respective personnel.
• Greet visitors to the office and direct them to respective personnel.
• Assist HR & Administration Manager with monitoring office supplies.
• Keep contact details of office supplies distributors and maintenance people.
• Update office furniture inventory reports.
• Receive mail letters and fax messages.
• Sort and record all incoming/outgoing letters/messages in a document log file.
• Distribute mail/fax to intended recipient.
• Make copies and file material in designated file.
• Operate fax & photocopy machine.
• Give reference numbers to personnel for all outgoing mail letters, fax messages, and internal/external memos.
• Maintain a pleasant and tidy reception area to make a good impression on visitors.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Education &
Experience:
• Graduate/Diploma in any field.
• 3-5 experience in the same Position in a large organization
Preference will be given to female on husband sponsorship.
