We are looking to recruit an arabic speaking receptionist to work in Dubai. Your role will include the following:
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required Greet, assist and/or direct customers Maintain solid customer relationship by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence Pick up and deliver the mail
