Key
Responsibilities:
Provides support to Human Resources Department by handling all personnel issues & recruitment related activities of the department.
Controls, Maintains and Updates manpower plan and prepare related monthly and weekly reports.
Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads
Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates
Generates recruitment related reports.
Maintains statistics of CVs screened, personnel recruited etc to adhere to approved manpower positions.
Collects and assesses CVs and incorporates them in the internal database for qualified candidates.
Conducts initial phone screening and complete candidate evaluation documentation.
Organizes advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns
Interviews job seekers and prepare shortlists of candidates
Provides applicants with information about the job, tasks, responsibilities, working conditions, terms and conditions of employment
Advise job applicants of the results of their application
Discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
