As the Regional Director of Health, Environment and Safety you will actively contribute to the successful achievement of the organizational goals and link corporate policy and strategy with all of the Health, Environment & Safety Teams across the Region. You will ensure that all Health, Environment & Safety Teams build an aligned business support function maximizing their potential whilst enhancing the Jumeirah’s image.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and controlling the Health, Environment & Safety P&L for the Region;
Ensuring the region has a clear Health, Environment & Safety financial strategy that is in line with company policies and ensuring the consistent implementation of this strategy;
Facilitating the production of the annual payroll budget for Health, Environment & Safety including the production of headcount and payroll establishment figures;
Preparing the annual Business plan for the Region with support from all business units;
Establishing auditing process that will ensure compliance at all times in the future detailing timeframes, corrective action plans, improvement plans and audit templates;
Ensuring that HSE MS best practices in individual entities are learned and applied across the group;
Claims Management and accident Investigation (including food poisoning) and reporting;
Conducting environment and sustainability audits and studies.
