Jobs in UAE – Responsible for the coordination, implementation and management of regional operations strategies designed to improve service quality for our Network Agents, locations and Customers within Headquarters standards. Responsibilities include planning, implementation and training regional Cooperation Partner Networks to grow the business, elevate service quality at point of sale, and manage, train and coach regional office Regional Operation Managers (ROM) to optimize service delivery and new Agent start up.
•Coach the activities of several Regional Operation Managers/Regional Operations Specialists to ensure Agent operations support and service quality within the region to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
•Support business growth through the prioritization and installation of new Network Agents/countries while coordinating training, merchandising and business analysis of existing Network Agents. This includes developing and gaining management approval for annual operations plans to support regional growth.
•Act as the main contact between Regional Management and Global Operations Management to optimize performance, standardization and continuous improvement of regional service quality, product introduction, accounting, operations procedures and point of sale customer service. This includes referring field and competitive data to headquarters for analysis and action.
•Manage large Agent Network operations and start ups in the assigned region and assist direct reports in start-up and management of medium and small size Agents. Ensure service delivery and regulatory compliance within the region for Network Agents and Customers through the coordination of Agent operations activities with Regional Operations Centers and ROM staff.
•Identify new service, process and technology opportunities to support Network Agent growth. Build a cohesive, multi-national, highly skilled regional ROM staff to ensure service continuity and business.
