Job Description:
Restaurant & Food Service Managers , Alberta, Canada
will have a strong and creative culinary passion. They will assume responsibility for daily operations of the kitchen through menu planning and development, co–ordinating food requirements and administrative duties associated with running a successful kitchen. They will have successfully completed of a formal chef training program, Interprovincial Red Seal and have 3–5 years previous experience cooking in a high volume fine dining required in a similar role.
Skills / Competencies / Knowledge / Education required:
*Successful completion of a formal chef training program
*Inter provincial Red Seal
*Food Safe level 2 certificate
*3–5 years experience in similar role within fine dining establishments
*Must be creative and passionate about the culinary arts with the ability to learn and adapt new techniques & styles as instructed
*Advanced wine and food pairing knowledge We will provide the following services
Coordinate with the employer to obtain an Arranged Employment Opinion
(AEO) from HRDC
Arrival/relocation assistance in British Columbia.
The processing time to obtain a permanent resident visa for Canada is
currently taking 12 months on average for this type of visa.

Must be in a position to speak English fluently. Knowledge of French would be an added advantage.
