Jobs in UAE – The selected candidate will be responsible to:
1.Manage, plan, and direct the ES&H technical and business function on projects and facilities.
2.Review and approves project ES&H execution plans prepared by project.
3.Review proposed ES&H legislation and standards.
4.Develop and presents an overall plan for the staffing of the proposed projects and facilities.
5.Develop and presents an overall training programs for manual and non-manuals.
6.Conduct ES&H training courses for supervisors and project managers.
7.Participate in personnel planning and development.
8.Conduct performance evaluations and career counseling sessions.
9.Conduct periodic ES&H audits of projects and facilities to monitor compliance with standards of performance.
10.Develop or directs development of the overall standards procedures / instructions policies to be used across projects
11.Coordinate staff requirements
