Responsibilities:
1) Identifies and arranges for the proper safety training for staff and non-staff
2) Responsible for maintaining and updating the Company safety induction
3) workshops for new employees (staff and non-staff)
4) Responsible for maintaining and updating the Company safety training
program for staff and non-staff
5) Responsible for maintaining and updating the Company’s Safety Manual
6) Compiles the project Safety Plan in accordance with the conditions of contract and
interfaces with the consultant/client to obtain approval
7) Ensures the implementation of the project Safety Plan by all personnel on site
(including subcontractors and other third party) Responsible for maintaining and updating the Company safety induction
workshops and Toolbox training for all personnel on sites (staff, non-staff, and
subcontractors)
9) Remains updated of the local rules and regulations.
10) Carries out regular and random site and camp safety and housekeeping inspections.
11) Approves the selection of personal protective equipment (PPE), safety equipment
12) Personally investigates site accidents and analyzes causes so as to provide
management with a report including corrective and preventive actions.
