We are looking for an experiencedSales Assistant to work within our operations in Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for the following duties:
Attending phone calls from customers and providing feedback, with a good customer approach. Invoicing, arranging deliveries, stock arrangements & coordination with the sales team. Follow-up for collections of account receivables. Account overdue follow-ups Interaction and co ordination with the branches. Post dated cheque, cash cheque and daily cash collection handling Allocated administration jobs Coordinating and preparingvarious reports in respectto sales and administrative matters Maintaining all relevant customer related data in the systemconcerning Admin & Finance

The Person
: You will have the following experience to be considered for the role:* At least 18 months experience within Sales Administration/Sales Support* Strong customer focus* Knowledge of, or previous experience within the Automotive or Service industry would be hugely beneficial* Good understanding of Sales processes* Good understanding of Microsoft packages is essential* Positive attitude and ability to work well with others* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written * Arabic language skills preferred* Strong team player
