We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to work within our multi-franchised Automall operations, based in Dubai, UAE. The primaryfocus of the role will be tocontribute towards the planned growth and development of the Used Car Operation, in its aim to explore untapped opportunities and raise administrative effectiveness, thus optimising business in an increasingly sophisticated and expanding used car market.Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Maintaining control of Purchased cars and other collectibles. Assist Used Car Buyers in maintaining their administrative work regarding purchases and trade sales. Compile daily, weekly and monthly activity sheets into management report for management. Provide assistance to Used Car Buyers for Bank releases, Bank Payments, Ownership transfer, sale letter documentation and invoices etc. Organise, co-ordinate and conduct marketing activities such as ride and drive events, dinners, conferences, sporting events, within the given budget limits. Meet customers and prospects, establish initial communication, answer routine queries, obtain prospect profile and ascertain their requirements. Deal with administrative matters on behalf of the Used Car Buyers, thus allowing them to focus on business and the achievement of targeted objectives.
