In this role you willbe responsible for:
Input all information into the system and collate all documents relating to stock distribution as well as sales generated, such as invoicing, credit request, order release , updating of stocks, credit outstanding, stock allocation for different divisions , provide consolidated information regarding revenue generated Coordinate with customers with an objective of keeping track of deliveries as well as following up on payments Coordinate with warehouse continuously with the objective of receiving current information relating to deliveries and stock status, so that the ordering process can match inventory requirements. Knowledge of MS Office essential. SAP or ERP knowledge preferred.
