External: Public and private customers, Architect Engineers, Consultants, Financers, Consortium Partners, Licensees, Suppliers, Associations, Authorities, Lawyer’s offices. Internal: Division Management, Subdivison Heads, Sector Heads, Department Heads, Group and Division CFs Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Field Service Engineers, Project Managers, Purchasing.
Tasks:
- Networking with customers and associate partners by preparing acquisitions and conducting after sales support. – Consequent monitoring of market trends, continuous managing of project list (new projects, actualization of CVs) and delivering of inputs for the business planning process. – Conduct negotiations with consequent documentation and communication of the negotiation results to ensure the planned order entry with high quality. – Support for business development in related sales region. – Consequent use of the sales tools to reduce the proposal and execution costs. – Ensure the timely and complete inputs relevance for the tendering and conduction of LOA process to achieve high-quality tenders with minimum costs. – Manage and administer operation of the service office in accordance with the “Customer First” and “Five KPI” principles, the business ethics and conduct policies. – Maintain close contact with customer personnel, and develop service solutions that will maximize unit performance and profitability. – Assist Field Sales/Marketing with negotiations and obtaining service contracts. – Support field activities with personnel, materials, equipment and technical expertise. – Work closely with manufacturing, service shops, and engineering and assist them in meeting customer needs. – Monitor progress/schedule. – Lead divisional and departmental programs to improve customer satisfaction. – Develop business and account plans.
