· Ensure market sales staff is knowledgeable of company products and services and are capable of delivering desired targets
· Identify and implement best practices to drive desired sales.
· Ensure development and implementation of effective policies, processes, systems and standards to support Sales teams.
· Monitor industry changes, competitive forces, dynamics affecting company markets.
· Develop client relationship and build confidence through sustained interaction with key decision makers and in depth industry and supply chain knowledge.
· Compile sales management reports detailing current performance against plan. Analyze status and initiate timely corrections actions as required and feed it back to Sales team.
· Monitor sales achievement objectives and takes appropriate action to correct shortfalls versus the strategic plan.
· Contribute to product pricing policies
· Optimize pricing, sales turnover, market share and profitability.
