Jobs in UAE – QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must be interested in purchasing a SALES career for international company engaged in manufacturing and selling of all kinds of meters from water, gas and electric meter. To perform the Sales Engineer job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

EDUCATION/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
Four year College Degree
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably I a technical discipline or business degree with successful record of selling complex systems.
Good Performance in courses for basic math and written English required.
Prior experience with inside or outside sales is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluency in English required. Knowledge of Spanish and Arabic is desirable.

ANALYTICAL ABILITY
Ability to research and understand customer’s needs and then translate Company’s products/systems feature into real benefits directly aligned with customer’s needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is team oriented. All teammates are expected to help each other power form well. Customer and order support activities may require a long hours of sitting at a desk or walking around the factory. Candidate must be comfortable using computers and telephones for extensive communications to customers.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Continuous learning and process improvement by trying and practicing new methods/skills is encouraged. Skills expected to be developed:
1. Skillful of Miller Hieman sales process and related tools including CRM system.
2. Customer relationship building and management
3. Skillful speaking and communications – including one on one and general audience formats
4. Knowledge and understanding of electrical, communications, systems and metering terminology.
5. Knowledge of Company computer systems required to enter orders, check costs, check order status, manage customers, etc.
