For our Rubbermaid Commercial products business in MEA we are looking for a Sales Manager North Africa based in Dubai.

Reporting to our Area Sales Manager you will be:

- Analyzing and investigating Market needs in North Africa

- Identify potential segments for RCP ranges & set up business/ distribution in undeveloped countries

- Supporting RCP sales and marketing teams in identifying customer needs and market trends.

- Create greater brand awareness amongst end users in the different markets.

- Working, both alone, and in conjunction with distributor sales teams, generate sales demand for RCP. Establish and maintain effective contact with customers and/or prospective customers, investigating and pursuing new product specification opportunities.

- Maintain communication with other team members to ensure all opportunities are maximized to provide RCP solutions to our customers.

- To follow up and action any leads provided by the company.

- To keep good records of all contacts and to feedback market and competitive information on a regular basis to the appropriate person or department for effective follow up.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field

4 years of sales experience in retail and BtoB

Strong time management skills

Strong presentation, leadership, and communication skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Application

Fluent in French and English

Preferable male

Willing to travel (60% of his time)

Consumer Products / janitorial services / waste management / hospitality / housekeeping industry experience preferred -Sales experience in the retail channel preferred
