•Responsible for all sales and marketing to increase sales, market share and brand awareness within all the potential distribution networks and for all the brands in the portfolio.
•Ensure his/her territory achieves or exceeds required quota
•Design and implement a sales plan to achieve the targets and follow up on all agreed actions with distributors and key accounts.
•Calculates the potential margin from various sources and monitor sales executives to ensure they achieve the sales targets.
•Establish a complete and detailed Business Plan including a market survey showing market potential, an analysis of competitors, a definition of market needs, the recommended distribution model, the resources required and a forecasted P&L.
•Manage and develop clients located throughout the territory and maintain and update an accurate and complete client records.
•Collate and offer feedback on the market and competitors to the Commercial Director.
•Work toward building the overall strength and performance of the sales and marketing team and the company as a whole.
•Setting up budgets, targets, commission structure and bonuses for Marketing Department
•Assist in hiring and training of sales/ marketing team.
•Manages all the activities of Marketing Department for the sales and products.
•Review/ evaluate the performance of the Marketing Department team in annual and semi-annual basis.
•Maintains and updates Ventures Middle East Brochures, website and all other advertising materials.
•The right candidate will have a record of devising and executing sales strategy, sales forecast and revenue generation, P&L accountability, revenue expansion, advisory services, training and customer satisfaction
