The Centre works in partnership with the Group’s businesses and also with Group Principals, Suppliers and External Customers. The Training Centre assists its partners with their Training Needs and Customised Programmes which are developed to meet these needs accordingly.The Centre offers courses in Management, Personal Development, Sales and Marketing, Technical, Language, Communication and Information Technology. It also offers its premises to its customers for their own conferences, meetings and in-house product training sessions and many more.About the job :
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Marketing Training Leader for our group wide businesses. You will be expected to partner in the design, development and implementation of a Retail Centre of Excellence within the Al Futtaim group of companies that will be recognised as the benchmark across the Middle East region.Reporting to the General Manager – Group Learning & Development you will be responsible for the following; Setting strategy & business planning for the design, development and implementation of a Retail Centre of Excellence Identifying Retail learning and development needs within the group Developing a Sales Academy curriculum Consulting to, influencing and providing solutions to internal/external stakeholders and brand principals (IKEA, Toyota, Honda, Volvo, Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us) Advising on Marketing practices at the frontline of business Managing projects to meet key objectives that drive the Al Futtaim Training Centre towards a Centre of Excellence Maintaining systems for collating and reporting on Retail Development performance, evidencing contribution to commercial revenues and expenditure efficiencies within the retail businesses Creating Retail career pathways and identifying Retail Talent high potentials
