Busy Consultancy client are in urgent need of a highly experienced and talented Principal/Managing Consultant with strong SAP HR/SAP HCM skills.
In order to fulfill this Principal SAP HCM/HR position you will have a strong background in SAP and HCM/HR solutions (5 years plus), as well as working on across multiple full project lifecycle in a hands–on capacity. Communication, organization and leadership are crucial to this position as well as previous managing consultant experience. You will either be looking to move into a managing consultant role or already have experience in this sort of area.
This SAP HR/HCM position will be split down into 3 areas: around 40% in Hands–on SAP Consultancy capacity, 40% on Business Development and the remaining time will be managing the team. Its a Great opportunity to work for a leading consultancy working with clients in both the public and private sector alike.
The SAP HCM managing consultant position will require you to be a good planner and be involved in team utilization & strategy as well as profit/loss issues as well.
