Job Description:
They are currently recruiting for an Investment Bank based in Dubai who are looking to add a Team Secretary to their team. The role will involve assisting other members of the team in Diary management and appointment bookings. You will also be involved in assisting in administrative tasks and acting as a point of co–ordination for the team. You will prepare information in advance for meetings as well as taking minutes at meetings. The role also requires you to screen calls for members of the team. For this role you will have experience working within a similar role and within a banking or financial services organization. You will need to be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Higher Secondary
