Ensure strict compliance of Company’s Security Rules, Regulation, Procedures and documentation.
Allow/permit materials or consignments on physical verification and confirmation of necessary permits from the concerned.
Maintain strict security discipline and never get involved into any activities which can hamper the reputation of the department.
Be alert always on duty and anticipate un expected threats and intentional attempts of security violations.
Prevent transit of prohibited materials both within the factory / office and staff accommodation.
Control the employee movements and duty reporting.
Act proactively in case of emergencies and accidents and report immediately to Security Officer.
Report formally to Security Officer on receiving any such information which is a threat to the business interest of the company.
Behave politely with respect and treat all Company employees equivalently.
Strictly follow the security check procedures on individuals without hurting their personal respect.
