Jobs in UAE – Develops and administers company security programs to guard against theft, vandalism, violence, or other threats to the company or its employees. Recommends protection measures. Supervises company security staff. Assists with security clearances for new employees or visitors. Might conduct internal investigations relating to sensitive security issues.

Responsibilities include:
1. Development and implementation of security policies and measures: Documents the security policies and procedures; develops and enforces security procedures and regulations; monitors internal control systems to ensure that appropriate access levels and security clearances are maintained; performs security risk assessments and serves as the internal auditor for security processes; serves as an internal security consultant to the organization; monitors advancements in security technologies.

2. Management of Security systems: Manages a group of security guards; Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs; manages Control room and CCTV system, metal detectors, SMART cards and all other technical security measures instituted from time to time.

3. Security Assessment: Assesses security threats and plans appropriate strategies and countermeasures; Reviews and analyzes data and devises risk minimization programs; Oversees regulatory compliance programs;

4. Training and awareness: Provides security training; Initiates, facilitates, and promotes activities to foster security awareness within the organization.

5. Resource management: Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives; oversees the supervision of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
