There is an exciting opportunity for a senior auditor within our group internal audit division. The role is based in Jebel Ali and will be reporting to the Audit manager.

The primary purpose of the job will be to perform technical audits and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance /quality control and environmental, health and safety processes relating to real estate development business units.

The main responsibilities of this role is to:
•Review, the QA / QC manual, standard QC procedures, inspection and test plans, EHS and safety manuals and procedures, project specification, drawings and method statements.
•Survey construction projects to determine the nature of operations and adequacy of the system of internal control procedures with respect to quality assurance and quality control to assess the risk rating of the project.
•Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
•Plan, organize, conduct, and report a surprise quality, environment, health and safety audits; take the pictures of non-compliance works related to engineering or operational issues
•Write detailed audit reports and related correspondence communicating to the Site Management with all the conclusions, findings, and recommendations result from audits.
•Follow-up with Audittee’s to insure audit recommendations are effectively implemented
