Job Description: – Responsible for CRM and Listing.
– Responsible for staff supervision and day to day activities of the sales team.
– Liaise and establish contacts with major property brokers both within and outside UAE,
– Conduct presentations on properties to clients,
– Assist clients with handover of properties and prepare contracts and invoices.
– Work closely with the marketing manager to produce marketing materials.

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a dynamic environment to maximize the sales opportunity of A.P Ricot Real Estate.
You will initiate and close deals through development of a potential client base and agent network through quality customer service. Keep up to date with market trends and prices.
Working with integrated IT and CRM system you will liaise and establish contacts with potential clients and brokers both within and outside UAE.
Help recruit and manage and train sale consultant.

Skills:
Ideally you will at least 2 years experienced in REAL ESTATE, AUTOMOBILE, FINANCIAL PRODUCTS, HOSPITALITY, LIFE INSURANCE or related service selling industry.
You should be confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative. Consideration will also be given Russian / French / Italian / Spanish / Iranian speakers. The role is based in Dubai (UAE) and offer a competitive compensation package, negotiable for the right candidates.
