The Electrical Engineer is the engineer in charge of providing the Company with the technological know-how needed at the Client’s site. He/she is to contribute through his/her technical skills to give the Client a competent advice and to back the Sales Force with the essential field drawings and studies.

Technical Issues:

• Support: Study all the technical data and drawings requested by the Sales Department & escalate them to the Technical Manager for approval.
• Sites Visits: Conduct all the sites visits requested by the Sales Department to report the customer requirements and escalate it to the Technical Manager for approval.
• Regional Dealers: Assist the Technical Manager in providing the know-how required for the Regional Dealers.
• Training: Assist the Technical Manager in conducting in/out house training.
• Main Supplier: Study, Discuss & implement with the Technical Manager all the technical bulletins and procedures from the main supplier.
• Warranty Claim: Follow up the warranty claims with the main supplier and the customers under the supervision of the Technical Manager.

Sales Issues:

• Spare Parts: Prepare spare parts quotations and get approval from the Technical Manager.
• Hire: Update and check the suitability of the Hire fleet of generators and report the Technical Manager periodically.
• Commissioning: Check and approve the commissioning conducted by the maintenance team.
• Clients’ Claims & Complaints: Assist when needed the concerned Sales Department in handling the Clients’ Claims and Complaints.

Purchases:

• Spare parts: Assist the Technical Manager in spare parts stock studies & reordering levels. Also follow up and check the placed and received orders.

Maintenance:

• Free repairing of products at Clients Premises
• Contracts regular servicing visits.
• Contracts emergency repairs visits.
• Other emergency visits.
• Repairs at workshop.
