- Prepare designs and detailed drawings for various multistory buildings and large villas.
-Review design and assist in co-ordination
-Conceptualizing, incorporating, and coordinating design development
-Review and approval of contractor submissions inclusive of but not limited to shop drawings, technical submittals, material submissions.
-Review and approve commissioning data to verify design performance
-Respond to RFI’s
-Prepare documentation for the completed works for client Handover.
- Prepare load distribution calculations for all designs.
- Prepare complete Bills of Materials (BOM) for designs.
- Select any required engineering components [pumps… etc.] in designs.
- Prepare technical manuals for designs.
-Capable of project managing and providing technical solutions to produce timely results as needed
- Attend and chair meeting.
- Provide technical advice to site staff and office staff.
