Jobs in UAE – Duties will include but will not be limited to:
•Reviews and approve the Contractor’s mechanical specifications, calculations, shop drawings, materials submittals and method statements to ensure compliance with the Tender/Contract Specifications and Performance Criteria
•Reviews and assist with approval of documents prepared by the contractors, such as: Construction Programmes, Organization Charts, Procurement Schedules, Daily Reports and Weekly/Monthly Reports to meet design/construction requirement
•Participates in Planning/cost review/QA/QC/design coordination meetings, as applicable to mechanical content
•Coordinates with and takes direction from the Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Design Review/ Construction Supervision Team) to ensure conformity of site installation work with Design requirements and approved drawings and specifications;
•Reviews and approve the Contractor’s mechanical specifications, calculations, shop drawings, materials submittals and method statements to ensure compliance with the Tender/Contract Specifications and Performance Criteria
•Ensures implementation by the Contractor of all required site installation procedures including QA/QC, Submittals, Inspections and approvals.
Candidates will have a minimum of 7 years experience in the UAE and will hold a UAE driving license.
