2. Commercial Management The ability to prepare and submit a major claim
Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness – Enforces in commercial terms, the Safety policies & compliance procedures including Health & Safety Plans
3. Business and Customer Awareness Understands the implications of operations & the knock–on effect on business
