This new position is a support to the Technical Assistance (TA) business.
The position is a long term position, based in our head office in Abu Dhabi.
The TA business is defined as the secondment of personnel to other companies mainly in the Oil&Gas field on daily / hourly rate basis.
The duration of the TA assignement can go from a couple of weeks up to several years for permanent positions. The profiles provided by Cegelec are always highly skilled and are mainly technical (engineers and technicians). Our employees are regularly working outside of UAE in any part of the world.
The nominee will have, as a main responsibility, to identify, interview and recruit personnel as per the requirement of the different Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi as well as in our head office in France.
The profiles of the personnel to be interviewed are not restricted to any nationality, nevertheless contact with European persons will be important, moreover contact with French nationals will be on daily basis. Therefore only applications with fluent french will be considered.
Reactivity is critical as any delay can lead to the lost of one opportunity..
The nominee will have to be well organized as the quantity of person to contact and interview on daily basis is significant.
Other work to be performed: In addition, the recruitment officer will also act as an assistant to all sales manager for the follow-up of the opportunities, the organizations of tender/contract files.
