Role Summary/Purpose
The succesful candidate will assume sales manager responsibilities driving energy services portfolio growth, related to maintenance activities of heavy duty gas turbine generator packages within Abu Dhabi
Essential Responsibilities
- Drive Energy Services portfolio growth
- Responsible for (metrics)
* Orders Sales, and profitability
*Price enhancement
* driving closure on receivables
*Compliance with Commercial Processes and Policies
* Timely deliverables / orders pacing
- Responsible for building/ maintaining customer relationship at all levels in customer organization
- Responsible for Day to Day transactions with customers
- Responsible for supporting the negotiation and expedited closure of contractual and complex transactional deals
- Heavy interface with customers, sales teams, and commercial team.
- short-cycle travel as may be required
Qualifications/Requirements
- Commercial / Contract negotiations in the Oil & Gas Industry and /or IWPP’s- Technical experience of Heavy Duty rotating equipment Maintenance – Has the imagination and courage to solve issues and develop opportunities along the ES portfolio – Excellent presentation skills- Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs.- BS Degree, or equivalent in Engineering or related field. – Proven capability in industry-related sales, application engineering and/or marketing. – High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools. (CMS, Excel, etc.) – Fluency in local language plus fluent English – Focused (internally and externally) Eligibility Requirements: * You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the country in which the position is located. *If currently a GE employee, you must have been in your current position for at least 18 months and have at least a satisfactory performance rating.

2+ yrs of contractual services or performance services commercial/sales experience2+ yrs of experience in a gas turbine, steam turbine, generator, or balance-of-plant specific role-Intimate knowledge of standard ES Commercial Operations operating procedures and expectations.-Greenbelt certification desired- Demonstrated negotiation skills and proven track record of timely deal closuresWork Traits: *Demonstrated inclusive behavior with success in leading in a matrix organization*Demonstrated clear thinking with effective communication at all levels*Strong influencing skills and works well with other team members*Has the commitment, takes Ownership* Team Player
