Should be able to control and supervise about 30-40 workmen at site

Should be able to read and understand drawings & priority lists

Ensure that employees are properly inducted and sufficiently trained

Ensure that records and documents are filed and managed

Ensure that non conformances are being recorded and take corrective action as necessary
