Jobs in UAE – For the management, monitoring and tracking of special projects assigned and functions as executor of various programs and initiatives. Assists in planning, developing, organizing, and directing the activities of the Office. Accountable for accomplishing and furthering project goals and objectives within general policy guidelines.

Areas of Resonsibilities:
1. Supports by managing or coordinating special projects related to improving business processes, financial operations, customer service, and internal controls or any other projects.

2. Tracks/manages projects from initiation to successful completion. Ensures projects are delivered as per the plan and to the standards defined. Defines project scope, deliverables, and schedules, budgets and tasks list.

3. Facilitates project activities and resolves issues; develops and submits project reports.

4. Coordinates with HOD’s as well as key personnel involved in special projects to ensure alignment with other initiatives. Functions as member of project teams, attends team meetings and contributes to furthering team goals and objectives.

5. Assists in managing the contracts with vendors involved in the delivery of the project.

6. Plans, reviews, and evaluates the work of subordinate management and professional staff; direct the selection of assigned staff
Administrative responsibilities may include assisting by preparing for meetings and accomplish unanticipated requests or projects requiring immediate attention; assisting in the development of annual and strategic goals, objectives & budgets and related progress reports; and monitoring and reporting performance metrics.

7. Provides research support by conducting surveys, feasibility analysis, market research, industry benchmarks on various projects.
Makes presentations on projects and initiatives internally to management and various departments, works with stakeholders depending on requirements of projects.
