Design
1. Collaborating with the consultants in writing the specifications
2. Review the design documentation and related estimations
3. Well documented design document
Scope Management
4. Should execute all requirements as per project scope
5. Inform Project Manager about out of scope requirements
6. Minimal out of scope implementation
Lead Development & Deployment
7. Lead team of technical consultants in customization of the product to meet the needs of the customer based on the specifications from the Senior Functional Consultant
8. Assign tasks to team, make sure tasks are executed
9. Integration of the solution with the customer’s legacy databases and systems
10. Document custom developed functionality in accordance to documentation standards and best practices
11. Implement add-ons and code from third parties
12. Initial test of the developed functionality
13. Data migration development and testing
14. Timely completion of project
15. Clear communication to technical consultants
Functional Module/ Vertical Development
16. Understand Functional requirements in coordination with Senior Functional Consultant, Communicate to Technical Consultants
17. Design & Develop functionalities as per functional document
18. Conduct functional test together with the functional consultant to ensure functionalities are as expected
19. Development within accepted time lines
20. Well structured design & user friendliness
