Based in Abu Dhabi, the Stock Control Assistantwill be primarily responsible for the following duties:
Receiving units from warehouses and other branches along with delivery orders and customs certificate Releasing units sold to the customer along with relevant documentsto Sales Staff Prepare stock list forthevehiclesavailableintheparking areaand minimize the risk of potentially damaged/stolen vehicles by running patrol of parking area from time to time Preparenewvehicle repairrequeststosendtoHead Office forapproval Arranging drivers schedule for daily work and arranging to send customer vehicles to the workshop for services Preparing a monthly stock confirmation which is then sent to the Marketing Department Preparinga dailystockregisterwhichis attested bythe securityguardon adaily basis Notifymanagement of anydamageto units received and arrange for repair Obtain approvals from for repair the same through the relevant divisions
