Job Description:
They are seeking the services of a VP Store Operations. The Vice President–Store Operations, Abu Dhabi is responsible for leading sales, operations, service and staff development to achieve maximum profitability and excellence in customer service at the Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities:

– Strong leadership experience in a senior Retail Store Management role, developing, managing and influencing people and bottom line results.
– Experience working in the Middle East, as well as international experience preferred
– Culturally awarend sensitive who is able to blend multi cultures into one harmonious team
– Appropriate stature and comfort in working with high level officials
– Knowledge of the business environment in the region and ability to tap into networks to stay current
– Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment but also congruent with their guidelines
– Political and interpersonal savvy; a builder of relationships and effective partnerships
– International business or Luxury market experience preferred
– Prior experience with duty free or airports an asset
– International mobility for career advancement opportunities
