This role is based in Abu Dhabi and your primary responsibilities will include:
Establishing a high level of customer service in the store Ensuring an efficient stock control in the store through liaising with the Buying department, in order to meet the requirements of the business and customers Maintaining the brand integrity through corporate display standards Ensuring displays reflect and support the product suitability for the promotional calendar Providing full support to the HR Manager to ensure that all employees are fully trained and developed Effective staffing to ensure the levels of internal and external customer service are maintained Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures through delegation and supervision Initiating investigation where required if any deviance from policy is found.
