-Check & keep records details of concerning discrepancies
-Keep record and maintain files for all material correspondence.
-Issuing Office furniture on written request from Department Head
-Maintain all storage area in a safe, clean and tidy condition
- Provide work instructions to contract cleaners ensuring clean and safe
-Ensure that all items of stock materials in the warehouse are adequately and correctly protected from safety hazard
-Prepare Accommodation Confirmation for the companies & dispatch copies to the concerned Departments
-Office routine works such as typing letters & memos, preparing material invoices and monthly reports, maintaining all correspondences files, attending telephone calls and fax transmission
-Performing duties of Accommodation Clerk, in his absence
