Jobs in UAE – The successful candidate will have the following duties: coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and managing the work of sub-consultants on behalf of the client; develops and implements project goals and plans based on Client’s instructions; monitors the design consultant’s performance against the baseline schedule and budget; coordinates and conducts independent review of designs, tender documents, performance criteria based on Client’s procedures, policies and guidelines; maintains records, prepares reports and correspondences relative to the work; provides advise on design works requiring specialist knowledge, suggesting the most effective and economical treatment methods; serves as a liaison with key stakeholders, sub-consultants and Client; coordinates regulatory and agency approvals of the design as required.
