Jobs in UAE – We are looking for an Account Planner responsible for creating and implementing strategies that raise the level of agency work across our client’s brands. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to:
- Manage an account with minimal support in writing briefs, setting up and managing research projects, briefing teams, dealing with clients.
- Work closely with creatives, account handlers and clients to ensure that an understanding of consumer attitudes and reactions is brought to bear at every stage of the development of an advertising campaign.
- Responsible for day to day management of all research relating to the brand and advertising.
•Clearly articulate a strategic vision in a confident and persuasive manner to clients and teams; connect the vision to business imperatives and measures.
•Analyze in considerable detail existing data in areas such as demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client’s product together with information such as market share to achieve a comprehensive background which will inform the advertising strategy;
•Commission research as required to inform the strategy using both qualitative methods such as focus group discussions and structured interviews and quantitative methods such as demographic profiling and questionnaires;
•Monitor cultural and social trends, and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behavior and perceptions, using a variety of market and research data;
•Provide the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy enabling them to develop creative ideas that may be applied to a variety of media channels that will promote the idea most effectively;
•Prepare and present full communication strategies in a coherent and in-depth manner that will positively impact the thinking of all parties involved in the marketing and communication activities.
