Jobs in UAE – We are seeking to appoint a Student Services Manager. In this front-line role, the candidate will work closely with students to enhance their overall experience.

The primary responsibilities of this position are:
• Develop, promote and implement student activity programs which meet the needs of Hult’s international community.
• Write, review, and revise informational materials for new and existing students (pre-arrival guide, student handbook, disciplinary code, informational guides, intranet).
• Develop, promote and implement a family activity program.
• Outreach and provide guidance to incoming students on a wide range of issues related to life in Dubai and at Hult.
• Train and manage staff as well as fellowship students.
• Oversee residence life programs to garner a sense of community in student accommodation.
• Plan and oversee annual orientation and graduation events.
• Coordination and distribution of weekly newsletter and online notices.
• Spearhead intercollegiate activities with other universities and colleges.
• Manage bus transportation system for students.
• Work with operations staff on the ongoing maintenance of student facilities.
• Work closely with Associate Dean of Students in building links with various support networks (ie. Counseling referral, stress management, health & wellness).
• Oversee the preparation and logistics for campus rotation.
• Serve as first point of contact for student queries related to non-academic matters.
• Serve as liaison with the HSA (Hult Student Association) and Hult’s staff/faculty.

In addition, this person will be responsible for providing supervision of evening programs at least once per month.
