Jobs in UAE – We are seeking qualified personnel to perform installation and testing activities for transmission and distribution substations specifically switchgear, transformers and other power equipment and accessories. He will have a good working knowledge of high and medium voltage equipment, programmable controllers, instrument controls, electronic relays, and related devices. He shall be adept with the proper tools and shall have undergone the appropriate training and work experience.

1. Responsible for the installation and cabling of substation equipment such as: oil circuit breakers, SF and vacuum breakers, transformers, circuit switchers, air break switches, motor operated switches, capacitors, reactors, load tap changers, surge arresters, regulators, reclosers, batteries, battery chargers, and related equipment.
2. Basic knowledge in data collection, analysis, testing and documentation.
3. Assisting and taking instruction from the technical manager, project manager, erection engineer, testing and commissioning engineer and/or qualified supervisor.
4. Prepares, forwards, updates station drawings, records of inventory data, installation and commissioning test results, as-builts and other relevant data as construction and commissioning work is completed.
