Job Description:
A leading Blue Chip client in the UAE / Dubai is looking for a Desktop Support / Support Analyst for 1st / 2nd line work within a Windows environment to MCSE level. You will be responsible for Help Desk Customer Contact Handling, Answer to end users telephone calls, Online first level problem resolution, Dispatching problems to second level support if required , Co–ordination and follow up of pending problems, Feedback to end users, Documentation of solution applied to problems, Provide support within the agreed SLAs. Follow all the Service Delivery procedures and processes, Network and e–mail accounts administration. Account creation on Active Directory including MS Exchange e–mail accounts. Maintenance of AD accounts (delete, move, update, archive)Co–ordinate with central groups the e–mail account creation, move, delete, archive)End users data maintenance. You must have worked in the Middle East before for cultural understanding and have the following technical skill set. Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional – certification or proven experience. Windows 2003 server (Installation, network security, files management) – certification or proven experience. Windows 2003 Active directory – certification or proven experience. Knowledge in mobility tools like (ADSL, Dial–up, Wireless, VPN, iPass)Desktop applications support (MS Outlook 2003, MS Office etc) TCP/IP knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting.

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree
