Jobs in UAE – This role is responsible for project-hunting and participation of the company in the bidding of electrical projects through the preparation of technical and financial documents. He will put together the complete tender package with high consideration of getting the best possible value with optimum operational costs taking into account quality, timeliness and company standards.

1. Preparation of proposal / quotation documents, technical specification, price schedules, etc
2. Co-ordination and calculation of subcontract and material pricing, in accordance with the Procurement procedure, using tools available
3. Evaluation of order on receipt to ascertain price, Terms and Conditions, delivery, costs etc. agree with quotation
4. Arrange and run Proposal reviews and handovers in accordance with tender procedures and signature protocol
5. Be responsible for the compliance of the tender Quality documentation and procedures
6. Follow up Proposal responses including Post-Proposal Negotiation
7. Develop working relationship with customers to obtain feedback on tendering performance and understand market position and pricing
8. Identify new and develop Working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
9. To liaise with the Business Area management, Contract Handling and Site Services to determine Bid / No Bid decision on strategy and resources
10. Create a resource forecast for all Tenders
11. Develop and understand Terms and Conditions, liaise with commercial to complete Proposal returns
12. Ensure all work practices conform to ISO9001:2008
13. Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies, for example Business Conduct Guidelines & Confidential Information
